Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• All accessories and original packaging must be included.
• Supporting photos or documents may be required to explain the reason for the request.
All return and exchange requests are subject to technical inspection and verification before final approval.
Return Shipping Cost
• If the product has a manufacturing defect or there was an error from our side, Taghareed for Appliances will cover the return or exchange shipping cost.
• In other cases, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility depending on the situation.
Warranty
